Subsiquently he launched his dream enterprise DEVLOK PRINTS in the year 2001.Approciamatly 3000mts of cloth could be printed at our unit every day.

The planet of Devetas is known as Devlok. We have brought this art of printing fabric without using any artifical chemical. The art of fabric printing from the planet of Demigods.

From the day of commencement, we are engaged in catering to the variegated requirements of the customers by bringing forth Organic Dyed Fabrics. Under this beautiful range, we offer Organic Dyed Fabrics, Organic Pigment Printed Fabrics, Woven Dyed Fabrics and Pigment Dyed Fabrics. Used in apparel industry for their features like colorfastness, easy usability and longevity, our offered fabrics are closely tested on various parameters to ensure durability. Printing Types

BAGARU PRINTING

  • Cloth is washed in boiling water, therefore starch is removed.
  • By Harda powder (fruit) the cloth is dyed.
  • It is then printed by using vegetable colors.
  • The printed cloth is put in sun light for a day.
  • In copper vessel Davada ka pool (a type of flower) is taken soaked in water and boiled hence it gets color.
  • Again it is kept in bright sun light for complete drying.
  • Note: Special care has to taken while drying; if any moisture is left the cloth will be spoiled.

PIGMENT PRINTING

  • In this process binder is used.
  • Readymade color is available under different brands.
  • Printing is done using wooden blocks or screen.
  • To fasten the color, the cloth is kept in direct sun light for 24 hrs.
  • It is then process in boiler thus color becomes fast to a great extent.

NAPTHOL PRINTING

  • The silk cloth is rinsed in caustic water.
  • It is then dyed in M.N. chemical.
  • Printing is done by using soft and fast color.
  • It is then washed in salt solution thus the original color appears
  • Note: Only 4 colors red, blue, orange and black is available in this process.

RAPID PRINTING

  • Cloth is washed and bleached in peroxide solution.
  • The color chemical is prepaid in solution of natural gum (Plant extract).
  • Printing is done by wooden blocks or screen.
  • It is kept in sunlight for drying.
  • Washing is done in cold water in which sulfuric acid and nitric acid solution.
  • It is then washed in normal water for 7 to 8 time very thoroughly.
  • The printed material is sending for finishing and processing.

    Color is taken on the screen frame and with the help of stopper the printing is done. Two persons are always needed because it has to be taken from one side to other

    This mixture is diluted in lime water. This one is black soil powder

    This mixture is diluted in lime water. In a tub the black soil powder broken wheat powder are mixed with lime water paste very nicely

    Then it is washed in water for 3 to 4 times very thoroughly. After drying in sunlight it is washed in clear water repeatedly
